Hi There...
If you bought house in shenzhen and need to do mortage cancellation,but you just find out that your passport is expired.
but you still need the old passport because when you bought the house, your old passport was still valid.
in this case,if you need to do mortage cancellation or sell house, the govement office in Futian will ask you to
get document from your embassy to prove that you are same person for both old and new passport, pls call your
embassy in Guangzhou to get more details before you go there as normally you need to make appointment with
them in advance. and normally you need to take with you your old an new passport and best to take your driver liscen.
