- To be the key contact window on-site and coordinate with customer, contract transport service providers, factory and freight staffs of Toll global offices to meet the daily order fulfillment requirement - To maintain good relationship with customer in oversea and factory - To seek and solve problems arising from the daily operation to some extent - To perform the on-site physical operation, system update and email communication to meet the SOP - To prepare daily report in requested format to customer
- College degree or above, 2 years or above of working experience as Airfreight/Seafreight operation/customer service in freight forwarder industry. - Zhuhai local resident, in-plant and warehousing working experience will be preferable. - Good at written English and oral English; Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin. - Good computer skill - Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate well with both internal and external parties - Willing to work overtime, shift duty on weekend or public holiday - Working location: Jing an town, Zhuhai City (珠海市斗门区井岸镇)
