- Establish and manage a tactical quality management system to assure the quality of the products from Zhongshan - Develop quality function groups and assign group leaders for Quality Systems, IQC/OQC, Process Quality, FA & Reliability, and supplier management - Achieve ZERO Defect Quality Target and develop Continuous Improvement Culture - Prepare Weekly and Monthly performance review report - Partnership with internal Manufacturing, Purchasing, Planning and Design team, as well as external component and sub-assembly suppliers - Provide feedback to the Design, Quality and Service teams in Nara, Japan - Coach and train the quality staff in Zhongshan - Lead to achieve the TS16949 Certificate and the 6 Sigma introduction for World Class Production Quality Achievement
- Bachelor's degree with solid experience in establishing quality programs and systems in multinational companies - Strong understanding of Quality management system and application of quality tools (ISO9001, ISO14000, TS16949, 6 Sigma, Supplier Quality Management, FMEA etc) - Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving skills - Strong leadership and negotiation skills - Team player, results oriented, excellent interpersonal skills and open minded - Excellent communications and presentation skills with fluent and excellent command of both written & spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
