Ensure that daily human resources operations (including staffing, employee training, employee relations, employee policies, compensation & benefits, health & safety) are implemented in accordance with the organization's human resources strategy, Chinese labour law and relevant regulations.
Implement HR Projects/Programs in compliance with the organization' values and lead the organization into the long-term stable development.
Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local human resources strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, but consistent with the organization's overall human resources strategy.
Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the organization's human resource strategy and adapt existing current human resource programs to meet these needs.
Lead and develop a sizeable professional HR team to ensure that the organization's human resources strategy is implemented effectively and consistently
Maintain guidelines and control budgets for Human Resources operation.
Complete other tasks assigned by General Manager/and HRD-Asia.
