Job Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of working experience with 5 years at managerial level in retail industry, preferably in beauty / skin-care industry - Relevant working experience of assisting with setting up a new store is an advantage - Strong leadership and staff management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Independent, self-motivated, service oriented and be a team player - Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese - Proficient in MS Office
