Responsibilities

·Handle customer enquiries in a timely manner in a call centre environment
·Follow-up on customer enquires,fault cases and complaints to assure action
·Communicate with customers and inter-departments to assure actions when necessary
·Identify,investigate and resolve customers'issues
·Prepare correspondence and Call Centre activities related reports
·Shift duty is required,includes Sundays & Public Holidays

Qualifications

·College graduate or above
·Customer oriented & interested in dealing with people at all levels
·Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese
·Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage
·Pleasant,mature,independent and able to work under pressure
·Good inter-personal and communication skills
·Shift duty is required
·Telecom Industry experience is preference
