We looking for a Sales Training Supervisor, welcome to join us!
1.Edit the training manuals, and update training materials. 2.Conduct nutrition and product training for sales team independently. 3.Conduct the selling skill training according to training curriculum for the sales team independently. 4.Manage all sales training logistic with sales training assistant. 5.Assist Regional Sales Training & Effectiveness Manager to identify the training needs by joint call, communicate with city trainers, regional sales managers, sales supervisor and sales reps.
1.Bachelor degree of Med., Pharmacy, nursing, food science etc. 2.More than 5 years of Med. sales experience of formal multinational pharmacy company and growing career path in one company and more than 2 years of sales supervisor experience is must, but training experience is preferred. 3.Clear minded, logical thinking, good presentation skill, strong learning ability, passion, nice and easy going. 4.Smart, open minded, willing to share and detail oriented. 5.Working location: GZ, and could accept travel frequently ( 3 weeks is not in GZ including 2 weeks outside training, and 1 week join call). 6.Good English on reading.
