We looking for a HR & Admin.Manager, welcome to join us!
Overall supervision and operational management including but not limited to the following aspects:
• Budgeting, making yearly HR&A budget plan with Finance. Dept., allocating cost against business strategy and reallocating together with concerned parties when necessary
• Staffing, identifying job vacancies, wording recruitment advertisements as well as job descriptions, selecting best price-quality-ratio recruitment channels, making phone & face-to-face interviews, making offers and conducting on-board formalities
• Training, organizing training sessions for different business units, analyzing training performance and making improvements for future
• ER, managing staff relationship on a daily basis, e.g. attending disputes, employment contracts management etc.
• Overall supervising of administration supporting including facility arrangements, preparing incoming and outgoing visit agendas in terms of logistic and accommodations, etc.
• Fulfill other assigned tasks from General Manager
• University Degree or above Major in HRM, Psychology, English or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years working experience in HRM, 1 year of which shall be on a managerial position
• Fluent English both in speaking and writing is a must
• Good computer skills (Microsoft, Excel, Power point, Outlook, etc.)
• Well-organized, detailed and cautious
• Acceptable approach to people and can be easily accepted
• Proactive and willing to take challenge
• Open to communicate
• Aggressive and result-oriented
• Working experience with MNC is a plus
