My flat mate is leaving at the end of August and he will leave his room available in our apartment here in Jida.
The room is spacious with a king size bed and a big window.
The apartment is located in Junyi Huayuan (Gentry Garden), 2 minutes walk from the beach. There's plenty of shops and stuff around.

Price: ¥1,200 a month, plus 100¥ fee for all the expenses including Internet, gas, electricity & water.
Availability: from August 24 to October 15 (1 and a half months~), then there is the possibility to renew the contract.
