Better find a Chinese speaking one and go there with a translator. It will be easier to find and for sure cheaper.

There is supposed to be a HUGE fabric market in ZhongShan that will have shedloads of tailors. Does anyone know where it is?
I can highly recommend Sunkaroll in Gongbei.
Turn right at the end of Lianhua lu (the end where the umbrella bars are located).
Walk two minutes, and you will find the shop on the right side of the street.
If you go to Gongbei lian hua lu market area away from the main street and enter the back alleys behind the McD's. lts a bit of a maze but there is an indoor shopping area with about 20 tailors. The prices are pretty reasonable, and they can do pretty much anything. My brother in law had a suit made from one of the tailors. He emailed me the measurements and the tailor followed the instructions I gave and it was perfectly done. The suit was 800kuai, negotiate the price beforehand.
