Full time Chinese language training at a university
Just wonder if there is a university in or near Zhuhai that has a full time Chinese language training. I know there are private schools and I am sure they are fine, but I would like to know about those at universities.
zhong shan uni, jinan uni and beijing norml uni offer that. You can Google their zhuhai campuses to get more details and contact numbers. It costs around 10 thousand Rmb for a year of studying a language course.
all of them have campuses here. Just Google the name of the university stated above zhuhai campus - e.g. Jinan university zhuhai campus. I've helped an expat friend some time in May to search for Chinese language courses for her child hence the info is up to date, though the exact price you have to get quoted by the branch here.
I would be interested to know the outcome on this Paulj. I checked two years ago and there were no adult courses available.

The JiNan campus is the most central, in Xin Xian Zhou. The others are all in Zhuhai North, which is quite a distance to travel unless happen to live in the North anyway.
Jinan university is also more flexible with the length of courses. I don't remember at Beijing normal but sun ya tsen aka zhong shan requires registration before June 5th.
I contacted the Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai. They have a full time program. It starts next week. Cost is 15,000 RMB per semester. That seems rather expensive.
Did you try Jinan University? 15,000 IS expensive. I remember for Sun Yatsen it was around 10,000
Jinan did not reply to my email. Have not contacted Sun Yatsen as of this date.
Sun Yatsen's term has already started. Best is to go in person or call first. Emails happen to go to junk mail sometimes :-)

Thanks very much for your reply. Which one of those universities would be closest to Zhuhai city? I think 10,000 a year is the norm.
