2nd-hand bike shop

Does anyone know a bike shop that specializes on 2nd-hand bikes?

I read from this forum that there is one shop in Gongbei that sells 2nd-hand bikes but no particular address was mentioned.

my friend is looking for a cheap aluminum-frame mountain bike regardless of the brand. His max budget is 500rmb.
