There are some small tailor shops on Rua de Fernao Mendes Pinto (飛能便度街), in the Rotunda de Carlos da Maia (三盞燈) area. They offer quality work with comparable price.
If you want top quality suits, go to Hong Kong, Hong Kong has an army of tailors.
