Hi, depends what kind of visa do you need and for how long. If you need basic one entry visa you can go to the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China in Macau and its simple to get it.
If you have Macao Blue Card, then you can take multi entry visa without any problem. Othervise, it's a lot of hustle.
