The THOMAS bakery was founded in 1904 in Frankfurt near Fischbach by Gotthard Sauer.
Since our recipes from generation to generation are passed in the family.
We bake ever since the 5th Generation for the daily bread ... with success.
In our bakery we only use natural yeast for bread-making wheat and prefer to upgrade
a long dough. To provide for the well-known, everyday quality, we use only the best
raw materials. And of course, baking bread means to us is still done by hand.
Since May 2012 we are now also represented in Shenzhen. Our products are
available only in selected stores in Shenzhen.
