SARMATIA restaurant is a brand new, unique place on the culinary map of not only the Pearl River Delta, but entire China.
Located at the rapidly developing Creative Park in Foshan City, SARMATIA is the first Polish restaurant in China. It has an area of 720 sq m and 200 seats.
Everything about SARMATIA is extraordinary.
The menu includes not only traditional Polish dishes like sour rye soup, St Hyacinth dumplings or donuts, but also features classic dishes of Central, Western and Southern Europe.
Even royal courts would be proud of such exquisite dishes as Imperial Pheasant Bouillon, flaming Knuckle Inferno, Sun King Dumplings or Grand Duke Salad, just to name only few on extensive SARMATIA menu.
One of the chief attractions of the restaurant is the huge grill, from which different kinds of delicious grilled meats are served, including a whole roasted piglet.
SARMATIA (the name of the legendary land in Southeastern Europe) refers to the splendid tradition of Polish and European aristocracy.
But at the same time, as today's European Union, SARMATIA focuses on healthy and contamination free food, so the dishes prepared in our restaurant do not contain any artificial preservatives or additives and are made of only the highest quality raw materials.
This is ensured by four Polish chefs, who work in SARMATIA restaurant and who already gained high reputation in Poland and Europe.
Just as our menu is exceptional, so is the amazing interior of the restaurant, which was designed in classic European style with the dominant elements of wood.
Moreover, part of the kitchen has been glazed so customers can watch the chefs working and they can even learn how to cook the European way.
SARMATIA restaurant does not only serve excellent European cuisine. Our aim is also to build awareness of the unique and high quality Polish and European food products among Chinese consumers.
For that purpose SARMATIA aims to arrange a lot of promotional activities including tasting, culinary shows, food fairs, etc.
SARMATIA has a rich offer of organizing wedding and birthday parties and corporate or family receptions.
We also offer catering service. SARMATIA chefs have already prepared a state banquet given at the Polish Embassy in Beijing by the President of Poland, during his official visit to China in December 2011.
SARMATIA also operates cafe-bakery shop with pastries and chocolates made according to traditional Polish recipes.
SARMATIA restaurant is owned by the Sarmatia Food and Beverage Co., Limited, the wholly foreign owned enterprise, established by a group of Polish investors.
